Responsibilities
* Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
* Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting guests with flavour choices and providing helpful answers about menu items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
* Experience in a customer‑facing or food service role is beneficial.
* Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
