About the Role:
The role involves coordinating, chairing, and overseeing management of Person-Centred Reviews, which will inform the Individual Development Plan (IDP), a statutory legal document meeting the requirements of the Additional Learning Needs Educational Tribunal (ALNET) Act. The aim is to ensure the college's vision and commitment to learner experience are delivered effectively by meeting targets to maximize benefits to learners and help them achieve their full potential.
Further Information:
Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
Undertake such duties as may be reasonably required by the College, at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the role's grade and responsibilities.
It is recognized that duties and responsibilities may change over time, and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes.
