Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (18:00 – 06:00)
Annual Leave: 20 days January to December

We're looking for a passionate and experienced QA Supervisor to take ownership of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance during night operations at our Attleborough site.
This is an exciting opportunity for a food manufacturing professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment, enjoys leading teams, and wants to play a key role in building a world-class food safety culture.
Working closely with Technical and Production teams, you'll be the go-to quality expert on shift, ensuring best-in-class standards across GMP, HACCP, allergen management, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the lead Quality authority on night shift, driving food safety excellence
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety standards, BRC, GMP, and allergen controls
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Quality Technologists
* Embedding a proactive food safety culture across production teams
* Using data analysis, KPIs, and root cause analysis to improve performance
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment
* Supporting Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Technical strategy delivery
* Ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and brand standards every time
What We're Looking For
* HACCP Level 4 (desirable)
* Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management
* Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-risk production environments
* Strong knowledge of BRC standards, GMP, HACCP, and allergen control
* Demonstrable leadership and team development skills
* Confident in problem-solving, auditing, and data-driven decision making
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
