YOUTH & FAMILY SUPPORT TEAM LEAD
Permanent, Part time – 17.5 hours per week | £28,000 per annum (full time equivalent) | Westmorland and Furness – Kendal
Brathay has secured new funding to deliver Universal and Targeted Early Help group & 121 support to children, young people, and families across Kendal. We are excited to have secured new funding for a 3-year period to deliver activity based learning programmes in groups and 121 mentoring alongside to inspire young people to Build their Brighter Futures.
Together, we will deliver a blend of engaging group activities and one‑to‑one support designed to build emotional wellbeing, resilience and a sense of belonging—helping children, young people and families feel like their Best Selves and Thrive within their communities.
You will:
* Coordinate Brathay’s Early Help Support in Cumbria, predominantly Kendal
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
* Line‑manage a small delivery team
* Deliver high‑quality support
* Oversee monitoring, reporting and service quality
