Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operational running of assigned houses ensuring quality care delivery.
* Lead shifts, staff roster efficiently and cost‑effectively while maintaining statutory requirements.
* Support medication management and administration in line with company policy.
* Communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
* Support nursing staff clinically and supervise to meet best practice and NMC guidance.
* Maintain good professional relationships with staff, residents and families.
* Contribute to mandatory audits and regulatory compliance.
About You
* Valid NMC registration and suitable leadership qualification.
* Previous experience in a residential care leadership role.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and computer application proficiency.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practice in a care setting.
* Compassionate, empathetic approach to caring for residents.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
