Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of rolling stock modification projects.
* Rolling Stock & Modifications: Manage projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
* Update Project Plans: Regularly update project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
* Resource & Materials Management: Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and resources necessary for project completion.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed on project progress and any challenges.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to prevent delays.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Mechanical Bias: Strong background in mechanical systems, with a focus on rolling stock.
* Project Planning & Coordination: Proven track record in updating and managing detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions to technical challenges.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in Rolling Stock.
* Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to rolling stock modifications.
