Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Grangemouth
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid weekly via hourly rate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Flexible start time between 7:00am and 9:30am once fully trained
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Grangemouth for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day supply chain and procurement operations. You will utilise strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage queries, support internal teams, and liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and respond to supply chain and supplier-related queries
2. Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and support account reconciliations
3. Maintain, cleanse, and update master data within internal systems
4. Produce reports, analytics, and KPI metrics to support business decision-making
5. Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate supply delivery
6. Investigate and resolve supply chain issues using data from multiple systems
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems
8. Assist the department manager with additional duties as required
What We're Looking For
9. Fluency in English with a strong standard of education, including Mathematics
10. Proven experience in a similar supply chain, procurement, or administrative role
11. Strong working knowledge of SAP (experience with newer versions is highly advantageous)
12. Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Sage
13. Demonstrated experience engaging with suppliers and resolving invoicing discrepancies (Readsoft experience is advantageous)
14. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a data-driven environment
16. Previous experience within finance, accounts, or regulated industries is beneficial
17. CIPS qualification and experience with SAP Purchasing modules (PR, PO, GRN, Planning) are desirable
