* Diagnose and repair equipment faults, ensuring timely return to operational service.

* Maintain detailed records and logs of maintenance activities.
* Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Time-served engineer in machine tool fitting or equivalent qualification.
* Formal IET Wiring Regulations BS7671 qualification or equivalent.
* Valid UK driver's licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a comparable environment.
* Strong understanding of installation processes and current electrical legislation.
* Familiarity with planned and preventive maintenance.
* Proficiency in reading engineering/electrical drawings and using testing equipment.
* Methodical approach to systems and adherence to established work standards.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
