We are looking for a Case Team Manager to join the Protection of Title & Declaration Team, which is responsible for reviewing and progressing all Protection of Title complaints, as well as Declarations relating to applications to join or re-join the HCPC register.
As a Case Team Manager at The Health and Care Professions Council, you'll play a key role in leading, motivating, and managing a team responsible for the timely progression of Protection of Title cases and Health & Character Declarations. You'll be accountable for team performance and ensuring we deliver efficient, high-quality casework that supports our mission to protect the public.
Your Role
As a Case Team Manager you will:
* Effectively plan, forecast, and prioritise work to meet timeliness and quality performance targets.
* Lead and coach a high-performing team aligned with HCPC values and behaviours.
* Make sound, evidence-based decisions, prioritising higher-risk cases within legislative frameworks.
* Communicate clearly and compassionately to foster a positive and motivated team environment.
* Use data and analysis to drive team performance and consistently meet KPIs.
* Support team development, ensuring resilience, adaptability, and ongoing learning.
Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1-2 days a week at our office in London.
