Based in Wilmslow, you’ll take full responsibility for a well-established and consistently successful showroom. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk — you’ll be highly visible on the sales floor, leading from the front, setting standards, and driving performance through people. The team is stable, engaged, and commercially aware. Your role is to elevate results further by sharpening sales behaviours, developing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction is purposeful, confident, and memorable.
