This company are very well known in their industry and due to continued success are looking to add to their Technical Design & R+D teams in a team and project managerial role covering the end to end technical design process.
As a Technical Design Manager, you will have the responsibility of providing technical oversight of hydraulics based designs and projects, leading a team of skilled design engineers and being seen as the technical authority for new and existing product designs while collaborating with internal teams.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Design Manager in the hydraulics, pneumatics or fluid power industries who is looking for an autonomous role with an industry leading multinational organisation and the possibility of playing a key role in the companies rapidly growing Fluid Power/ Engineering Division.
The Role:
 1. Leading Design Team as technical authority
 2. Help to manage the design process from conception to completion
 3. Collaborating with internal teams throughout the project process
 4. Introducing new products to the market

 6. Leading design teams and projects from start to completion
