The responsibilities for this technical support role include:
1. Resolve tickets wherever possible in a 1st line capacity
2. Troubleshoot and apply fixes to basic queriesBasic portal updates/managementTechnical issuesOrder supportGeneral questionsLogin issuesInvoice queriesGoods in issuesBudget update requests
3. Escalate issues accordingly if required
4. Progressing order states
5. Managing approvals where they exceed 7 days
6. Order management
7. Client specific supportInternal account managementSMS Messaging / reportingBudget managementMerchandise order managementAdding digital assets
8. Implementation team supportProviding administration and project support
Experience working with Pageflex would be highly advantageous.
