County Carers is a trusted provider of complex care, supporting clients and their families with tailored, compassionate and professional home-based care. We are currently looking for an experienced Complex Night Carer to join our team and support a young adult.
You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care.
Responsibilities
* Understanding and managing Scoliosis
* Assisting with night routine
* Working alongside an experienced, committed team
* Providing consistency, compassion, and calm under pressure
Requirements
* Proven experience in complex care.
* Suctioning and Nebuliser expertise is essential
* Experience with PEG
* Experience with Cough assist
* Self-employed with up-to-date insurance and DBS
* Reliable, team-focused, and physically and emotionally resilient
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Training Certificates
