The Role
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2.
* Successfully managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's positive and nurturing ethos.
* Adapting quickly and confidently to different year groups and curriculum areas, including our focused approaches to literacy (Talk Through Stories) and well-being (My Happy Mind).
* Upholding our unwavering commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven Experience In a Primary Setting.
* Reliability, flexibility, and excellent classroom management skills.
* A genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to our vision of creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
