Role - Senior/Specialist Voice Engineer
Location - 1 day per week in Cheshire or London
Start Date - mid June
Contract length - 10 months (44 weeks)
£500 per day Inside of IR35
About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Senior/Specialist Voice Engineer to join a leading financial services company. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network infrastructures, working with cutting-edge voice technologies to drive transformation and ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and maintain CUCM V14, Teams Voice services, and Ribbon 5400 SBCs.
2. Provide expert-level Cisco routing and switching.
3. Deliver network transformation projects within financial services.
4. Ensure compliance with ITIL service management and best practices.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to support network stability, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, or supporting complex network environments.
* Strong expertise in CUCM V14+, Teams Voice migration, Ribbon 5400 SBCs.
* Solid knowledge of Cisco routing and switching protocols.
* Experience delivering high-impact network changes within financial services.
Qualifications
* Ability to prioritise workloads in a complex environment and work under pressure.
* Strong team player, adaptable to technology changes in a large institution.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
