Day Rate: £300 - £350/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months

The Role
This newly created Quantity Surveyor position is a direct result of increased project workload. It offers the opportunity to shape the role to your strengths while working independently with access to senior leadership support.
The successful candidate will take on a range of commercial responsibilities across both pre- and post-contract phases. This includes procurement, subcontractor management, contract reviews, managing payment applications, and conducting cost-value reconciliations.

About You
Candidates should have experience in a similar role within infrastructure—ideally civil engineering — and be comfortable working with NEC contracts.
