Company Overview
Microneedle Solutions Ltd (MNS)
is a rapidly growing medical device start-up founded by Henry Dunne and Ian Bartenev, two graduates from the University of Leeds. Our mission is to revolutionise vaccine delivery through the development of microneedle patch technologies, offering a painless, accessible, and scalable alternative to traditional injections.
Our primary product is the
Tetanus Vaccine Patch, a transformative innovation in global vaccine administration. We are currently progressing toward clinical trials in 2026 and building the infrastructure to support GMP-compliant manufacturing.
Our Values
We are committed to:
* Innovation: Redefining what's possible in drug delivery.
* Accessibility: Making healthcare equitable for all populations.
* Collaboration: Creating value through interdisciplinary teamwork.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, prototyping, and implementation of a fully automated manufacturing station for the production of microneedle patches. This role blends mechanical and electrical engineering, regulatory compliance, and systems integration, all within the context of GMP and ISO 13485 quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of med-tech innovation, directly impacting the development and scaling of a novel drug delivery system.
