Proclinical is working alongside global medical technology company to recruit for a Field Service Engineer. Our client develops devices, software, and consumables that help collect, process, and manage blood and plasma more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Installation, proactive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for customers.
* Performing regular servicing and preventative checks to keep equipment running efficiently.
* Organization, coordination and preparation of application trainings.
* Providing technical assistance, training users, and completing service reports.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Proven years of working experience within a field based position or medical device environment or a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills alongside a confident, professional manner in customer facing environments.
* Technical aptitude to understand, train customers and users on products
* Flexibility to travel and willingness to overnight
* Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Valid driving license
