What We’re Looking For: Current NMC registration as an RGN (Adult) or RMN or Level 5 Health and Social Care. Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or similar senior care leadership role. In-depth understanding of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and best practices in care delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
