Corporate Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Warwickshire, £55,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor who is either already experienced in, or keen to develop exposure to, a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB REF:2514 THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate governance and advisory work and general corporate and commercial contracts • You will also support more senior lawyers on complex transactions • Managing client relationships and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service • You will work closely with colleagues across the team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.
