Job Opportunity: Visual Merchandiser Manager at H&M Brent Cross
This is a permanent position based in the H&M Brent Cross store, located in The Brent Cross Shopping Centre, offering 39 hours per week.
Role Overview:
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will go beyond styling fashion according to H&M guidelines. You will collaborate with the Store Management team to maximize sales, coach staff, and identify new talent through leadership. Your goal is to make our stores inspirational and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure your visual team adheres to the visual identity through proper implementation according to H&M guidelines, business needs, and budget.
2. Lead the store team to ensure high-quality, commercial garment presentation.
3. Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time, aligned with H&M standards, and optimized for the store.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales KPIs to the management team. Initiate changes to improve the business alongside the Store Manager.
5. Oversee store visual recruitment in collaboration with the Store Manager and ensure succession planning within the store team.
