As the Portfolio Account Manager for this business, you will be:
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, including key accounts
Identifying new opportunities and upselling packaging solutions
Providing outstanding service, building trusted long-term relationships
Pricing, proposing, and negotiating contracts and stock agreements
Planning and forecasting to ensure smooth seasonal supply
Taking full ownership of client accounts
Attending virtual and occasional in-person meetings
Occasional UK travel required (12 times/month); full UK driving licence essential
To be suitable for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Proven experience of account management or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts
Experience within a packaging or printing environment is very desirable but not essential
Experience of using SPOCS ideal
Strong excel skills
Strong commercial skills including quoting, pricing, and negotiating
Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and virtual client meetings
