Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the procurement business of JD Group in the UK/EU, focusing on categories such as warehouse, equipment, consumables, administration, services, etc.
2. Optimize procurement processes, including managing procurement requests, supplier sourcing, formulating procurement plans, operating procurement, and vendor performance management to meet outcomes.
3. Control procurement costs by analyzing requirements, designing effective procurement models aligned with business needs, and conducting cost and historical data analysis.
4. Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a sustainable supplier ecosystem.
5. Analyze procurement data regularly and propose innovative improvements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken Chinese and English, both used as working languages.
2. Over 5 years of procurement experience, familiar with procurement operations and local market conditions in the Americas; logistics industry background preferred.
3. Strong data analysis, logical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills; capable of project-oriented work and driving progress.
4. Integrity and honesty, aligned with JD Group's values.
