Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards. This is a varied role, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including: Incoming Goods Laser Operations Machine Operations Stores Assembly and Packing Despatch What skills and experience do I need? Basic computer literacy. Previous experience in production, factory, or manufacturing roles. Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices. Excellent time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas. How much will I be paid? £12.71 to £14.50 per hour, depending on your experience. Plus, overtime which is readily available in the week and on weekends at time and half or double time. What hours will I need to work? You have a choice between 2 shifts.
