Overview
We are looking for a temporary admin assistant for our lovely financial services client in central Bristol - this will be covering a 3 month secondment. This is a great role for someone who is available immediately and looking for their next challenge in the temporary working world. The office is in city centre, and is a fun, vibrant office with a great social team. Initially you will be required to work from the office for 5 days a week, going into a hybrid role of 2 days at home per week. Hours are 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday. Pay is £12.59 per hour + holiday pay.

Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and helping customers with their queries
* Managing the customer queries inbox, responding in line with company SLA’s
* Managing the team diary
* Adhoc admin to support the team where needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a financial services
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Work in a team environment and on own initiative
