Responsibilities
* Perform Change management, Planning, Coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
* Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
* Create work arounds which can be applied by junior team members
* Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
* Perform capacity management activities
* Perform Disaster Recovery activities, failover testing
* Create SOP for L1, L2 junior resources
Qualifications & Skills
* ArcGIS, Hexagon, Hexagon Geospatial Portal, Oracle Spatial database, .Net
* 10 years experience in Application support/maintenance in Telecom domain
* Good understanding of ITIL process & Experience of leading a team
* Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
* Good understanding of Java and willing to learn new technologies
* Hands-on Experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills
* Understanding and L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)
* Responsible for CSIP, Automation of manual jobs/activities
