Technical Sales Engineer - national client
We are seeking customer-facing technical sales and engineering professionals experienced in developing solutions for tooling specifications and engineering challenges. This role offers an opportunity to advance your career with our international engineering client.
The Engineering team supports the Sales Team by leading on technical solutions within key customer accounts, identifying process improvements, efficiency gains, and lean principles aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver process improvements, cost reductions, tooling consolidation, and rationalization
* Conduct tooling trials and recommend speeds and feeds based on materials
* Provide manufacturing solutions and support existing customers in your territory
* Lead conversations with new clients, especially in metalworking, to win new business
* Collaborate with internal/external sales teams and business development to grow your territory
* Coach and develop the Field Sales team with your product and industry knowledge
* Build relationships with strategic suppliers to support regional growth
* Perform other duties aligned with business needs
* Promote and sell the product range to meet growth targets
Requirements:
Experience in the metalworking and tooling industry, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and drive.
