We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Over the past 14 years, our local Commercial team has grown rapidly to over 200 members across the UK. In this role, you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About you:
* You will have strong attention to detail, reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness for the quoting process.
* You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
* You will assist the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.
* You should be willing to learn, as each day will bring new challenges. This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress your career as a Commercial Account Handler and to further your professional qualifications.
* You have the ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support high-quality client service, internal processes, and informed analysis.
