This position will be located in Newport, South Wales, U.K
Responsibilities:
1. Enable design wins by providing SiC applications technical support to R&D team and our customers.
2. Design and drive the enablement of world-class MOSFETs requirements for wide-bandgap (SiC) power products .
3. Provide feedback to the new product development teams about the customer needs/requirements
4. Establish industry best-in-class methodology to test and to characterize SiC power semiconductor in relevant applications.
5. Solve device design issues and engage with the R&D team.
6. Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and academic collaborators.
