* Vulnerability remediation - Critical/ Zero day
* Ensure MW and DB platforms are built as per client's standards
* Projects related to the platforms are delivered on time and within budget
* Hold managed service provider accountable for their deliveries and ensure that the deliveries are as per the SLAs
* Maintains the security, confidentiality, and integrity of platforms through compliance and within the security framework designed with in client's org
* Provide leadership to the engineering team
* Manage a performance-based culture and work collaboratively with the managed service partner whilst ensuring that the service provide is held accountable for their deliveries
* Coach and mentor, the team where required
* Provide technical guidance to the team on the platforms as required
* Find opportunities to improve even if the activity is small
* Look at opportunities to automate the processes
* Ensure compliance to all ITIL processes
* Maintain relationship with various other client's teams such as security, Application teams, architecture team, technical assurance team etc.
