Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Women's Team as Assistant Coach Women's First Team on a part-time fixed-term contract.
The Assistant Coach Women's First Team will be responsible for supporting the Head Coach in achieving the team’s objectives. The role will involve 18 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required, in line with business needs.
About The Candidate
Person Specification
* UEFA A Licence / FAW
* FA First Aid in Football qualification
* Experience coaching senior players
* Experience using HUDL
* Mentoring and developing other coaches
* Proven track record in elite coaching within the girls and women’s game
* Experience working across public, private, and voluntary sectors in a multi-agency approach
* Activity planning skills and knowledge of professional football club operations or grassroots football within an MDT
* Highly organized and methodical workload management
* Confidential, diplomatic, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Full driving license
* Right to work in the UK
