Role Overview:
Onboarding Analyst
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Every client has a unique setup, which makes each onboarding project a unique challenge.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Setting up user functionality for margin management.
* Analysing trade portfolios to identify data needed for calculations.
* Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics are accurate.
* Collaborating with clients to deliver maximum value quickly.

* Adaptability to changing priorities and context-switching.
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
* Ability to seek help and extract relevant information effectively.
