Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for eFront
* Manage system configuration, permissions, and ongoing maintenance
* Work with the fund administrator to ensure accurate and timely data uploads
Data & Reporting
* Support automation of internal and external reporting
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, queries, and data extracts
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across Finance and Loan Operations
* Reduce manual processes and improve data visibility
* Support system-related aspects of regulatory and operational change projects
Vendor & Integration Management
* Liaise with eFront and third-party vendors to resolve issues and manage upgrades
* Support integrations and smooth data exchange across internal and outsourced systems
Strategic Projects
* Contribute to technology initiatives including automation, AI-enabled tools, and BI platforms
* Participate in system-related workstreams during major change and transformation projects
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with eFront (ideally within private credit or alternative investments)
* Solid systems and data analysis background; SQL experience is an advantage
* Experience supporting Finance, Fund Accounting, or Loan Operations
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
