About the job Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Associate will support the delivery of UK payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions within a fast-paced corporate environment. Prepare UK end-to-end payroll data accurately and on time for each pay cycle Liaise effectively with payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll processing Process all payroll changes including new starters, leavers, variable pay and benefits Calculate and process back pay, unpaid leave and holiday adjustments Reconcile and process pension deductions accurately Generate payroll and reporting outputs from Workday and other systems Maintain accurate payroll data input files and documentation Support first and second level payroll reviews across the group Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes Resolve payroll queries via ticketing systems, email and calls Provide general payroll administration including filing and document management Your skills & experience Minimum 2 years experience in a payroll environment Experience supporting multi-country or complex payroll operations (Desirable) Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Desirable) Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (Essential) Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Ollie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence.
