This role involves managing the daily operations of the Intensive Personalised Support (IPS) service, focusing on building referral pipelines from external stakeholders and coordinating a cohesive team to deliver effective interventions. The position requires working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. A key aspect is developing and nurturing relationships with external partners to increase referrals and ensure the service reaches those in need. Main duties include:
* Overseeing referrals, ensuring high-quality behavioural support, and maintaining a client-centered approach.
* Developing relationships with external stakeholders and promoting the service within the community.
* Representing the service at conferences and professional events, engaging with key stakeholders.
* Reviewing assessments, conducting evaluations, and collaborating on interventions.
* Acting as Head of Service in their absence, supervising staff, and contributing to recruitment and training.
* Managing daily operations, including case allocations, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
* Participating in service promotion, risk management, and on-call support.
