WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: You’ll play a key role in planning, managing and delivering a wide range of creative work partnering with the internal Creative Studio teams, wider Brand and Marketing stakeholders and external scale partners to make sure everything runs smoothly and hits the mark. You'll also support and mentor more junior Producers, helping elevate the wider team’s capability and consistency. Working closely with the Senior Integrated Producer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of project timelines, shoot planning, asset coordination and stakeholder communication ensuring every project is executed with efficiency and impact. You’ll bring a sharp eye for process, a calm head under pressure and a love for turning creative ambition into practical, high-quality output. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the production engine perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio and loves making great work happen. Specifically, you will: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from brief through to final delivery across eCom, design-led and studio based creative work. Build and maintain clear, trackable project plans, timelines and workflows using studio asset management tools. Translate creative briefs into clear deliverables and workstreams, collaborating closely with design, brand, and content teams. Drive approvals, alignment and stakeholder communication, keeping everyone informed and accountable Own monthly studio and e-comm shoots from pre-production through on-set coordination to post-production delivery. Develop and manage shoot calendars in collaboration with the Resource Lead. Coordinate resources and logistics, ensuring all kit, samples and people are shoot-ready. Track shot lists, asset outputs and handover timelines to keep e-comm and campaign deliverables flowing smoothly. Lead talent casting for studio shoots, working closely with Junior Producers, Athlete Management, Styling, Brand and Production to ensure talent aligns across all platforms and brand needs. Own H&S and Risk Assessments for all studio shoots, ensuring all required documentation is completed, filed and compliant. Mentor Junior & Midweight Producers, guiding their project planning, production approach and day-to-day prioritisation. Apply your understanding of ecom production workflows (studio, retouching, copy, asset management) to improve team coordination and overall efficiency. Ensure creative assets move through the studio and post-production pipeline seamlessly, maintaining quality, cadence and timely delivery. Partner closely with the Photography and Retouch Leads to ensure all product and asset shoot numbers are accurately tracked, updated and communicated enabling clear forecasting and delivery to our external retouch partner. Support production budgeting and cost tracking for your projects and shoots raising POs, tracking spend and flagging variance. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a fashion or creative agency environment. Studio and eCom are essential experience (3 years) Solid understanding of project management practices in a creative and studio context using project/asset management tools like Wrike/Asana/LetsFlo/Adobe. Strong track record delivering ecom production, creative studio shoots and multi-stakeholder creative campaigns. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills clear, structured and confident. A calm, organised approach able to juggle multiple deadlines while keeping projects on track and teams motivated. Budgeting experience with confidence raising estimates, managing suppliers and tracking production spend. A team-first mindset with experience mentoring or guiding more junior producers.
