Shape Student Success Behind the Scenes – Join The King's School as our Exams and Cover Officer. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and passionate individual to support student success as a key member of our thriving community.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of examinations – from entries to results – ensuring smooth operation and compliance with exam board requirements.
* Coordinate and train exam invigilators ensuring the right staff are in place for every exam session.
* Work closely with staff and students to maintain accurate timetables and deliver a seamless exam experience.
* Oversee daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absences, arranging supply staff when necessary through agencies to keep the school running efficiently.
* Support the school’s annual timetable planning and ensure cover coverage is adequate throughout term time.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement of examination and cover processes.
