Role Description
This is a temporary on-site position for an Event Manager based in the West Midlands area, United Kingdom. The Event Manager will plan and execute experiential events that connect brands with the student audience, ensuring seamless and impactful brand experiences. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, supervising on-site event execution, and tracking key performance metrics.
We’re looking for two experienced Event Managers to lead a Game Centre pop-up activation at the following universities:
* University of Leeds – 06/06/2026
* University of Nottingham – 10/06/2026
* University of Sheffield – 12/06/2026
Qualifications
* Event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced event environments
* Knowledge of the youth and student demographic is an advantage
* Proven experience in managing events and delivering campaigns successfully
* Strong leadership skills, with confidence managing small teams on-site
* A full UK driving licence and confidence driving a Luton van (essential)
