Role Overview
As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment. Your skills and guidance will help students feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective behaviour intervention plans.
* Provide both one-to-one and small-group support for students requiring additional guidance.
* Carry out assessments and track student progress against behavioural targets.
* Organise and deliver workshops on topics such as emotional regulation and conflict resolution.
* Act as a positive role model, promoting appropriate behaviour and strong communication skills.

Requirements
* Previous experience in behaviour support, counselling, or a related area is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage positively with students from diverse backgrounds.
* A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Understanding of behaviour intervention techniques and strategies.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and personal development.
