We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Executive Assistance, HR, Operations, or Business Support who are interested in transitioning into a more autonomous, remote, and performance-based professional role.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement established marketing and operational systems
* Engage with and qualify professional candidates via phone and/or video conversations
* Support and guide individuals through structured onboarding and development processes
* Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
* Operate independently while working within a proven framework and support structure
About You
* 7+ years of professional experience (EA, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Interested in professional growth, leadership, and long-term career development
* Able to commit a minimum of 15–20 hours per week
