This is a fantastic chance to join a small and thriving team and work alongside 2 partners with distinctively different backgrounds, which include training and experience gained in Tier 1 Legal 500 law firms in London and the Northwest.
You will be at the coalface of transactions working with blue chip clients on a wide range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, development work, real estate finance and much more.
You’ll step into a full caseload from day one, working closely with the highly experienced partner team while having full legal support from PA’s, assistants and paralegals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification Real Estate experience. Ideally 1 year PQE +.Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered.
* Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, and transactions independently.
* Client-facing confidence with excellent relationship-building skills.
* A proactive team player with the ambition to grow.
