Your Role:
You'll provide essential administrative support to our service delivery team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks and customer requests.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Provide billing support and help resolve billing issues.
- Work closely with managing agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Support customer care and after-sales service.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Good arithmetic skills for billing and reporting tasks.
