In this full-time role, you will oversee a new residential project from start to finish, managing the team, schedule, and budget. The is a 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartment project. Responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, and schedule. Leading and motivating the project team on-site. Ensuring high-quality construction and strict adherence to health and safety standards. Communicating with all stakeholders, from senior management to suppliers.Requirements: Proven project management experience in residential development Relevant degree (e.g., Project management, Construction Management).
