Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are looking for someone to join our Business Partnerships Team in an administrative capacity, with the aim of promoting employer engagement. This includes working with external agencies and stakeholders to develop business opportunities including apprenticeships, full cost and employability courses.
Using your strong administrative skills and high attention to detail, youll ensure that all records and data pertaining to employers and apprenticeship recruitment is kept up to date and logged accordingly. Youll ensure all enquiries, calls, meetings, and engagements are logged in the College MS Teams system and manage the generic email inbox, responding to and tracking emails as appropriate. Youll systematically check the Apprenticeship Applications, liaising with relevant curriculum teams to help facilitate the apprentices through the enrolment process, and liaise with employers to agree suitable vacancy details, before creating and managing STCG apprentice vacancies via Recruit and Apprentice and the College website, to ensure they are successfully recruited and kept up to date.
