We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of high-profile heritage projects across the public sector.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple heritage-related capital projects from inception to completion.
* Liaise with statutory bodies, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with public sector procurement and project governance processes.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting requirements.
* Promote sustainable construction practices and conservation principles.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in project management within the public or heritage sectors.
* Strong knowledge of conservation, planning regulations, and working with listed buildings or scheduled monuments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
* Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM) is desirable.
