What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
2. Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning oues
3. Monitoring and reporting on student progress
4. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
5. Supporting the development of EHCPs
What We’re Looking For:
6. Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
7. Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
8. Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
9. ️ Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
10. ️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
11. Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
