You will be responsible for the smooth running of the site managing the communal areas which includes Health & Safety, Compliance, cleaning, light grounds/gardening duties ensuring a clean and safe environment at all times. We operate Independent Living Community HUBS which need to be kept to a high standard for internal and external functions and activities.About youThe successful candidate must have a ‘can do ‘attitude along with excellent time management and organisational skills. You will be a self-starter with a willingness to recognise and report maintenance and repairs whilst communicating with contractors, partner agencies and visitors to our Independent Living sites.You will have sufficient levels of fitness to carry out duties required such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and light repairs.
