We are now recruiting for a Complaints Handler, based in our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of complaints from initial receipt through to final response.
* Speak with customers by phone and review evidence such as policy wording, claim notes and legal correspondence.
* Work proactively to resolve issues early where possible while ensuring all responses meet regulatory expectations and deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience within a regulated or complaint‑led environment such as telecoms, energy, finance, or claims.
* The confidence to challenge information and interpret evidence.
