Key Skills and Qualifications
·Ideally conversant with assembly systems
·Must be proactive towards improvement ideas/programmes
·Must be familiar with working to a high standard of quality control
·Must be able to operate within a high-volume production environment while achieving the team’s objectives and targets
·Flexible approach must be willing to train to Level 4 standards & other processes
