What You’ll Be Doing Leading the establishment and expansion of the Cambridge Planning team Driving business development and winning new instructions across the region Managing and strengthening key client relationships Delivering high-quality strategic planning advice Collaborating with the wider national planning and property teams Recruiting, mentoring and developing future planning talent Contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business Who We’re Looking For MRTPI qualified Planning professional Operating at Director / Partner level within consultancy Strong track record in fee generation and business development Deep understanding of the East of England planning landscape Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build and scale a team Commercially astute and relationship-driven The Reward This role offers a fantastic six-figure base salary, alongside an exceptionally attractive bonus structure that can deliver 50–70% of base salary depending on performance and business generation.
